Urgent property repair support for faults that need attention quickly, including certain lock, plumbing, glazing and general property repair problems.
The immediate aim of an emergency visit is to understand the fault and, where possible, make the property safe, secure or usable. A permanent repair may sometimes need a second visit if specific parts, glass or materials have to be ordered.
WHEN TO GET IN TOUCH
Call or WhatsApp if you have an urgent problem such as an insecure external door, a lock that has failed, an active plumbing leak, damaged glazing or another repair issue that cannot reasonably wait for a routine appointment.
Please provide the property location, a brief description of what has happened and photos where it is safe and practical to do so. This helps us judge the likely urgency and whether the issue is within the work we can attend.
AVAILABILITY
Emergency availability varies depending on location, existing bookings, access and the nature of the fault, so please call or WhatsApp before relying on attendance.
We will explain whether we are able to attend, what the likely first step will be and whether the aim is a complete repair or an initial make-safe. If a specialist part or replacement glass is needed, a follow-up visit may be required.
MAKE THE AREA SAFE
If there is immediate danger from electricity, gas, fire, structural damage, a suspected gas leak or serious flooding, contact the appropriate emergency service, utility provider or suitably qualified specialist first.
Do not handle broken glass, exposed electrical parts or unsafe structural components. Where a water leak is causing damage and you can safely identify the correct stopcock or isolation valve, isolating the supply may help reduce further damage while assistance is arranged.
