We can help with a range of everyday property issues involving doors, locks, windows, plumbing, timber and general repair work.
Examples include stiff or damaged locks, doors that need adjusting, leaking taps and toilets, faulty wastes, damaged trims, blown double-glazed units, broken window hardware and other practical faults that affect the security, comfort or day-to-day use of the home.
SMALL JOBS WELCOME
Not every repair is a major project. We welcome many of the smaller jobs that keep a property secure, functional and well maintained.
If you have several minor repairs, send the full list when you enquire. Combining suitable jobs into one visit can be more convenient than arranging separate appointments for each issue, although parts or follow-up visits may still be needed for some repairs.
CLEAR COMMUNICATION
We aim to explain the issue, the available options and the expected work clearly before getting started. Photos are useful for many initial enquiries, but some faults can only be diagnosed properly once the item has been inspected in person.
If the scope changes because hidden damage or an additional fault is found, we will discuss the next step and any additional charge before continuing where reasonably possible.
