Repairs and replacement work for locks, cylinders, handles, latches, door hardware and common access problems. We also diagnose multipoint locking faults, alignment issues and doors that have become difficult to close, lock or operate.
Where a repair is practical we will discuss that option first; where parts are worn or damaged beyond sensible repair, suitable replacement options can be discussed.
General plumbing repairs and smaller installation or replacement work, including leaking fittings, taps, toilets, wastes, traps and accessible pipework.
We focus on practical day-to-day plumbing faults and property maintenance. If a problem requires specialist regulated work outside the scope of the job, we will make that clear rather than treating it as a routine repair.
Carpentry repairs and adjustments to doors, frames, trims and other timber components around the property. This includes doors that rub or fail to latch correctly, damaged timber, finishing work and smaller practical alterations.

Replacement glass normally needs to be measured accurately before manufacture, so some glazing jobs require an initial visit followed by a return visit for fitting.

Emergency availability depends on location, workload, access and the nature of the problem. In some cases the first priority may be to make the property safe or secure, with a permanent repair arranged afterwards if parts or specialist materials are required.
