Full House Repairs is an independent multi-skilled property repair and maintenance business, providing practical help across locksmith, plumbing, carpentry and glazing work.
Our focus is on straightforward service: understanding the problem properly, explaining the available options clearly and carrying out the agreed work with care. We support homeowners as well as landlords, managed properties and businesses with both individual repairs and wider maintenance needs.
WHAT WE DO
We help with a broad range of everyday property problems involving locks, doors, windows, plumbing fittings, timber and glazing. Typical work includes faulty locks and multipoint mechanisms, door adjustments, leaking taps and toilets, small plumbing repairs, damaged timber, failed double-glazed units and window or door hardware.
Because several common repair types can be handled through one point of contact, we can also be useful where a property has a number of smaller issues that would otherwise require several separate trades.
OUR APPROACH
We aim to keep the process simple and transparent. First we establish what the problem is and whether photos, measurements or a visit are needed. We then explain the practical options, agree the scope and expected cost, and carry out the work that has been authorised.
If further damage or an additional fault becomes apparent once work starts, we aim to explain what has been found before carrying out additional chargeable work where reasonably possible. Once the agreed work is complete, the work area is left tidy.
